Think of the Lighthouse+ Pensions Service as your very own in-house pensions specialist.
While we advise clients directly, we work closely with you, their adviser, sending you copies
of all communications we send to your client. This ensures you view of all the information and
know precisely what we are recommending to your client and why.

Charges
Lighthouse+ operates on a flexible basis in respect of charges. We can agree a fixed
fee with your client, of which, as their adviser, you receive a percentage, or we
can give advice on a commission split basis.
Where the introducing adviser completes the fact find and risk profile, they receive
60% of the commission, minus their usual Lighthouse retention fee.
If the adviser refers a client without completing a fact find, they receive 30%
commission minus their usual Lighthouse retention fee.
Full report and recommendations
Lighthouse+ charges a minimum fee / commission of £1,000 per case involving a full report and recommendations.
Transfer value report only
The fee for an independent Transfer Value Analysis Report is £125 plus VAT.
Annuity recommendations
There is no minimum charge for annuity recommendations. However, Lighthouse+ will retain the full fee for
cases paying less than £500 plus VAT.
